A new region, Ered Luin has been added to the World section of the Middle Earth Online site. Ered Luin is the kingdom that was created by the Dwarves in Blue Mountains when driven out by Smaug when he destroyed the Kingdom under the Mountain.

Release pushed back to 2005

Turbine announced that the release of Middle Earth Online would be pushed back to sometime in 2005, also there was an announcement from Chris in the same thread that there may be no demo available at E3 this year. This may be good or bad, but I honestly think if more developers took the same route as Blizzard and didn't rush demos or games just to keep with a release date then the gaming world may be a better place.

Website Revamped

Also new: The March Team Letter with some new information about Monsters, and the World Section, with information on the various locations in this upcoming Lord of the Rings based MMOG in the works at Turbine Entertainment.
